How to Measure Your Body
Use a soft measuring tape and follow these steps:
1. Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep it snug but not tight.
2. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline—usually just above the navel.
Tips:
✔ Keep the tape level and relaxed
✔ Don’t pull tight — allow for natural movement
✔ Always measure in centimeters for accuracy

Every Tovian Instinct garment includes built-in ease based on AU sizing and the garment’s intended fit. Here's how each category is constructed:
